Dear Reader,
Picture this. You, huffing and puffing your way up three floors of stairs tugging, pulling and pushing a heavy wooden table. Finally, you make it to your floor, slide it down the hallway to your apartment and with the help of your best friend to cram it through the narrow doorway. man
Exhausted, you flop down on the sofa. Your BFF sits down next to you and says, “Okay, where are you going to put it?” “Um, er, I’m not sure yet,” you reply. She looks at you like you are absolutely nuts and says “WHAT?”
Yep, you’ve done it again. You’ve managed to drag one more item that you don’t really need into a space that is already overflowing with other “stuff.” Yeah, sure it looked really cool when you saw it at the thrift store. The “find” of the century, right?
While you are pondering your latest acquisition, your friend says she has to leave to prepare for the party you both are supposed to attend for a co-worker tonight. Your response, “Yikes, I totally forgot!” Opening your calendar you see that it’s just one on a long list of “Stuff To Do” today.
Okay, maybe we are being just a bit dramatic here, but maybe not. In today’s society we seem to try to cram more stuff and more activities into smaller and smaller containment. It doesn’t matter that whether it’s physical “stuff” or “time.”
Do We Really Need More Stuff?
It’s no wonder we are burnt out, stressed out and ready to crawl into a hole, assume the fetal position and just tell the world to go away! Don’t you wish it was just that easy?
Don’t you wish that you could wiggle your nose like Elizabeth and make everything go away? Oops, sorry probably the wrong generation. Regardless the premise is the same.
It appears that we have created a lifestyle that requires we must do, be and have more! More of what? Everything! It’s everywhere you turn. Unless you live in a Tibetan monastery that is pretty much the attitude of folks today.

Allowing stress to remain in your life is a very, very dangerous practice.
Want to learn how to live a stess-free life?
Does a healthy lifestyle sound good to you?
Reducing stress may reduce your risk from the ravages of heart disease and other serious medical problems.
You can do this. Find out how at:
There is a television commercial that portrays a fellow sitting on the edge of a bed listening to all the raucous, big city noises coming through his hotel window. He lies down and is suddenly transported to a beautiful, snow covered landscape where nary a sound penetrates.
Same scenario, different actors. A mom is caught in the throes of her two daughters arguing. She falls back on the bed and suddenly the girls are giving her a “zen-like” experience.
Logically, we know that the advertised product can’t possibly produce those results, but wouldn’t it be great if it did? Listen, we all experience stress at some time or another.
In fact stress is one of the largest factors contributing to many different illnesses people suffer from in today’s world. Heart attack, stroke and even diabetes can result from living a stressful life.
Knowing you need to change is one thing. Actually doing it is another. Many people try to “cure” stress with self-medication, a very dangerous solution that just leads to more problems.
Others KNOW they need to do something but don’t know where to begin.
Ask yourself these three questions:
What if I showed you that you could easily live a stress-free life?
What if I told you that you can gain a healthier lifestyle?
What if I told you that you can turn a “to do” list into a “to done” list?
You can and we’d like to show you just how simple it is.
